Still Sick :(

Last weeks bronchiolitis turned into this weeks pneumonia. 

Monday we saw the Dr. and everything was looking good.

Wednesday Levi got Hives! I thought it was because we introduced a new food, but the Dr confirmed it was because of the virus Levi was still trying to fight off. 

Yesterday, Levi had a fever of 103.8, after seeing the Dr & a chest xray, we learned he has pneumonia.  Levi is now on antibiotics. :(

Sick :(

This last week Levi has been sick.

It was his first fever & the first time he has been sick! 

We went to the Dr's last Thursday and he has bronchiolitis.  

Bronchiolitis is swelling and mucus buildup in the smallest air passages in the lungs. 

Bronchiolitis is the commonest respiratory infection in young children up to three years of age. It is commonly caused by respiratory syncytial virus. Children with bronchiolitis have a cough, fast and difficult breathing, nasal congestion, fever and wheezing. 

We had a follow up visit today and Levi's lungs are much better!  

The doctor said the wheezing is almost gone.

7 Months!

Our little Levi is 7 months old today!! 

He is developing a sweet personality.  Grammy described him best this past weekend. 

She said that Levi studies everyone, every toy, and all his surroundings.  

After watching him a little closer this week, I noticed he really does study everything.  

He looks at a toy in his hand for the longest time (then it goes straight into his mouth).  

He is quite the thinker!

Cousins!!!!

This past weekend we had a blast hanging out with our family!  

It was Levi's first time to hang out with someone his same size.  

He was mesmerized by Andrea.  He loved to just watch her move.

Andrea is a delight!  She smiles and giggles every second.  

Her whole body moves with excitement and joy.

Levi loved every minute of it! 

(so did we!!)
